Network Structure

CHAP membership is open to pharmacists involved in HIV practice, research, or teaching. The network structure includes a working group and a general membership of pharmacists. Membership is free, and all pharmacists are welcome to participate in e-mail discussions and attend the annual network meeting. The working group members also function as provincial delegates, and take an active role in communicating and involving their provincial colleagues in CHAP activities

Each year, a Chair and Secretary are elected by the membership. They are responsible for coordinating network activities for the year, disseminating information to network members, publishing a network newsletter three times a year, organizing the agenda for the annual meeting, and representing CHAP as necessary with respect to issues that directly or indirectly affect HIV pharmacists in Canada.
